INCLUSION

Respect of those around us (and ourselves) is critical. We believe that respect is a basic right for all lab members. While science can certainly spark exciting and sometimes heated conversations, respect always belongs at the table.

Positivity is necessary to thrive in academia and science. We believe that bringing a positive attitude to the lab not only makes for a more successful but also a happier work environment for our team and our collaborators.

Science is hard. Determination carries us through those hard moments to the exciting moments full of new discoveries. We believe in always staying determined, trying again when we fail, and celebrating that determination when we succeed.
